How to add them in one step

Send the downloaded .ics file to whoever needs the schedule (email, text, AirDrop — anything).
On a computer, open Google Calendar → Settings ⚙ → Import & export → Import, choose the file, pick a calendar, and click Import.
Every shift is added at once. Nothing to accept individually.

Importing adds the events straight to the calendar (no RSVP step), which is exactly what skips the one-by-one accepting. On iPhone/Android you can also just tap the file to open it in the Calendar app.
